a cleric is very good on a one on one against a normal field boss, HOWEVER if he/she doesnt know a good life cure then your screwed for damage against it, also if you want to solo a normal field bosses as a cleric, make sure to keep life cure running and normal cure when needed or at half health and keep in mind you will be dieing a ton if you go up against something not even a tank can take on ....also ... make sure to have health potions on hand JUST IN CASE (normally with a healer they arent needed but a soloing healer it is needed a little)
